Born in 1946, unmarried, he holds a “maîtrise” in physics and a “licence” in psychology. Teacher of maths and physics in a “lycée professionnel” (vocationnal school).

He is interested in various topics, such as classical music (only hearing), comics of the franco-belgian “bandes dessinées” kind, history, parapsychology, and since more than 30 years in most aspects of the UFO question.

He has published several papers in various UFO journals (Inforespace, International UFO Reporter, Magonia, OVNI Présence, …) and in two collective books, plus some unpublished bibliographic inventories.

He is currently preparing a catalogue of French abduction cases for publisher “l’Oeil du Sphinx”.

Bachelor degree in librarianship and information science, he is a an information specialist from the Universitat de Barcelona.

Flò came to ufology from the study of strange phenomena. In 1994, he joined the Catalan UFO group “CEI”, of which he has been chairman since 2003.

In 2004, he was elected member of the steering Committee of the Spanish “Fundación Anomalia”.

He has written some articles in Spanish for «Papers d’Ovnis», «Cuadernos de Ufología» and general media.

Roberto Labanti was born in 1977 in Bologna (Italy).

He is associate member (in 1997-1998) and full member (since 1999) of Centro Italiano Studi Ufologici (he served in the board of the association between November 2005 and October 2009). In 2000, he was one of the founders of the Italian Committee for Project Hessdalen (CIPH). Since August 2005 he is the coordinator of the Luminous Phenomena in Atmosphere Commission of CISU.

Ignacio Cabria García  was born in Santander in 1955. He graduated in Cultural Anthropolgy at the Barcelona University and got a M.A. in Social Anthropology  and a M.A. in International Cooperation   at the Universidad Complutense  in Madrid. He has worked in Spanish Embassies in Mozambique, Argentine and Philippines, and is presently working with the Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional in República Dominicana.

Since 1976, he has been investigating UFOs in association with CIOVE and CEI. He has been in the editorial board of UFO journals like Vimana (since 1978) and later Cuadernos de ufologia (since 1987).

He has long been studying UFOs and ufology under the viewpoint of social sciences, and has written two books about that subject: “Entre ufólogos, creyentes y contactados: una historia social de los ovnis en España” (1993) and “Ovnis y ciencias humanas” (2002), a well as several articles (notably in Cuadernos de ufologia). He is also author of papers about history and  anthropology of African countries and Philippines.

Born in the same year as flying saucers, 1947, he first learnt of them at the age of 7, when a UFO landing took place near his hometown, Diges, gaining front pages of local papers. That report instigated his early interest in science fiction. In his teen years, Bertrand visited René and Francine Fouéré at GEPA (Groupe de’Etudes des Phénomènes Aériens) and subscribed to its journal Phénomènes spatiaux, soon beginning to do field investigation on local UFO reports. A meeting with pioneer ufologist Aimé Michel was instrumental to address Méheust to philosophy studies. After graduating he has since been teaching philosophy, sociology and ethnology, and in 1997 got his  Ph.D. in sociology with a thesis about how normal science reacted to psychic research in the 19th century.

In 1978, he published his first book (Science-fiction et soucoupes volantes) on strong similarities between contemporary UFO reports and obscure science fiction novels of the early 1900’s.

During the ’80s he concentrated his studies on animal magnetism from the viewpoint of testimonies and had a second book (Soucoupes volantes et folklore, 1985) published on an ethnological parallel between alien abductions, visions and folklore accounts of otherworldy meetings.

An editorial board member of UFO journal OVNI Présence, Méheust was fascinated by the Belgian wave of 1989-90 and, caming to the conclusion that it could not be reduced to psycho-sociological explanations (Retour sur l'”Anomalie belge”, 2000).

Matias Morey Ripoll was born in Mallorca, 1966. Master degree in Law, specialist in urbanism and land management, he works in Majorca’s local government.

Editor and main co-author of the collective UFO encyclopedia Diccionario tematico de ufologia (1997), he also wrote several articles published in such UFO journals as Cuadernos de Ufologia, @nomalia, Papers d’OVNIs, La Nave de los Locos.

He is also the  current President (2004-2008), legal adviser, mailing list administrator and webmaster of Fundacion Anomalia.

Born in Barcelone (Spain) in 1962, he lives in Valencia where he was graduated as an industrial engineer, specialist in electricity. He can speak English and reads French. Interested in UFOs since 1974, particularly in CE-III cases, he only recently joined the Fundación Anomalía. Member of the collective “Cuadernos de Ufología” since 2001 and consultant of the Fundación since 2003, he is currently leading the development of a unified case catalogue for Spain, Portugal and Andorra (CUCO). Aeronautics is his second (?) passion.

Luis R. González Manso – b. 1958, Oviedo (Asturias – SPAIN)

Master in Business Administration (ESADE, Barcelona, 1980), I have published dozens of articles and reviews in Spanish and South American UFO bulletins such as Stendek, Cuadernos de Ufología, @nomalía, UFOPRESS (Argentina), La Nave de los Locos (Chile), etc. but also in skeptical journals such as La Alternativa racional and El escéptico. There are also a few collaborations in English magazines, such as Magonia (where I published a long article about the UMMO affair), The Anomalist, and Fortean Times. I have no book published, but did collaborated intensively in Fundación Anomalía’s Diccionario Temático de Ufología (1997).

In my earlier ufological years I actively worked with the Spanish Centro de Estudios Interplanetarios (CEI), but also helped Vicente-Juan Ballester Olmos with UPIAR Research in Progress. After a long hiatus, I returned to Ufology in the 90s, becoming a patron in the new Fundación Anomalía. Now, I am in charge of his Suplemento Internacional (a small bulletin which tries to give Spanish readers a flavour of the good Ufology written in Europe and the USA) and review foreign UFO titles for the Spanish audience. I read and write English, and understand French, Portuguese and Italian.

My interest in Ufology began in the mid-70s. I have investigated just a couple of UFO cases in my town, but really I am a “arm-chair ufologist” dissecting others’ work and investigations. I never admitted the simpler HET, following in the beginning Vallee´s ideas about a more subtle extraterrestrial contact. Now I have completely evolved into a skeptic. Nevertheless, I continue to be fascinated by how people believe in weird things. My present interests are:

+ The KOMPLETE KOTTMEYER – The translation into Spanish of ALL the ufological essays of my friend Martin Kottmeyer. A cyclopean effort indeed!
