On July 14th, during the fifth general  meeting of the Japanese Parliament UAP working group, French journalist and UFO writer Charles-Maxence Layet  was asked to take the floor and to brief the Japanese lawmakers about the recent UAP debate at the French Parliament.

Author of the book “The UFOs Springtime” (2025), Layet has been coming and going in the Rising Sun country for the last year, meeting researchers, witnesses, scientists and politicians for his forthcoming book about UFOs and ufology in Japan. He had already spoken to that UAP working group in March, reporting about the European scene.
